Volleyball Recap: Keystone Has No Trouble Against Union

Keystone won the last time they faced Union and things went their way on Thursday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Knights/Damsels.

Keystone never let Union on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-20, 27-25.

When it comes to explaining why Union lost, don't look at Lillian Hayden. Despite the final result, she had 27 digs and two aces. Hayden is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season. Brooke Hileman was another key player, getting six kills and three aces.

Keystone's win bumped their record up to 3-1-1. As for Union, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Keystone will venture away from home to square off against Punxsutawney at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Union, they will face off against Brockway at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
