Soccer Game Preview: Bellevue East vs. Roncalli Catholic

The Bellevue East Chieftains are taking a road trip to square off against the Roncalli Catholic Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Bellevue East lost 4-1 to Omaha North on Tuesday. Bellevue East have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last matchup, Roncalli Catholic made sure to put some goals up on the board against Conestoga last Tuesday. They never let the Cougars get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Give Roncalli Catholic's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

They hit Conestoga with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Will Preston (2), Jordan Martinez, and Luke Schill.

Bellevue East now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Roncalli Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 10-2.
