It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but North Valleys had no problem doing just that on Monday. Everything went their way against the Elko Indians as they made off with a 56-34 win. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 21 points or more this season.

North Valleys' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alexys DeCremer led the charge by dropping a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Ivy Williams, who went 5-for-11 on her way to 12 points along with seven boards and four steals.

North Valleys smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 17 consecutive matches.

North Valleys pushed their record up to 22-4 with the victory, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points over those games. As for Elko, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-12.

North Valleys wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 61-50 loss against Fernley on the 14th. Elko does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
