Football Recap: Brandon Takes a Loss

Brandon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 13-6 to the Spoto Spartans. The match was a 6-6 toss-up at halftime, but the Eagles couldn't quite close it out.

Brandon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Spoto, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Coming up, Brandon will host Gaither at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Spoto, they will head out to face off against Tampa Bay Tech at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Tampa Bay Tech's defense has only allowed 11.7 points per game this season, so Spoto's offense will have their work cut out for them.
