Hagerty took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging an 88-42 victory over the Lake Minneola Hawks. The Huskies pushed the score to 72-33 by the end of the third, a deficit the Hawks had no chance of recovering from.

Hagerty's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Asa Kohn, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine assists. The game was Kohn's 12th in a row with at least 15 points. Ewan Winkler was another key player, going 7-for-10 to rack up 19 points.
