Basketball Recap: Belaire Comes Up Short

Belaire was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 26-18 to Magnolia School of Excellence.

Belaire's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Magnolia School of Excellence, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-11.

Belaire will host Collegiate at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Magnolia School of Excellence, they will take on Union Parish at 7:30 p.m. on January 10th.
