After losing to Necedah the last time they met, Riverdale decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Chieftains walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cardinals on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Chieftains as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

Looking ahead, Riverdale will challenge Cuba City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Necedah, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against La Farge on the 27th.
