Baseball Game Preview: Warren Central Warriors vs. Ben Davis Giants

For the second straight game, Warren Central will face off against Ben Davis. The Warriors will face off against the Giants at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Warren Central is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.

Warren Central fell victim to Ben Davis and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Giants.

For Ben Davis' part, Tyler Morris tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. Morris also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because the Giants are 3-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 1-7 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Ben Davis got a big performance out of Renato White, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run. Those two hits gave White a new career-high. Jeremiah Oritz also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
