Volleyball Recap: Westinghouse Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Westinghouse can now relate to. They fell just short of the Foreman Hornets by a score of 2-1 on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in March.

Westinghouse has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8-2 record this season. As for Foreman, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Westinghouse does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Foreman, they will be playing in front of their home fans against DePaul College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
