Basketball Recap: Jacksonville Finds Home Court Redemption Against Stuttgart

There's no place like home for Jacksonville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They took down the Stuttgart Ricebirds 60-44 on Saturday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Titans' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 135th, while the Ricebirds are ranked 35th).

Jacksonville's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Stuttgart, they dropped their record down to 9-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

When Jacksonville and Stuttgart next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Jacksonville will try to stop Mills University Studies' nine-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Stuttgart will challenge Dumas and their three-game winning streak at 2:00 p.m. on January 4th.
