Volleyball Recap: Pima Comes Up Short

Pima was the 2-0 winner over Youngker when they last played one another on Friday, but their luck changed this time around. Pima fell 2-0 to Youngker on Saturday. Pima has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Paige DeRusha paced Pima's offense, picking up three kills. DeRusha got some help from Liddy Bingham and her four assists.

Pima's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Youngker, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Pima didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Chinle on the 20th. As for Youngker, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Safford on the 20th.
