Recap: Belleview Rattlers vs. Citrus Hurricanes

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Belleview Rattlers walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Hurricanes on Monday as they made off with a 53-31 win. Winning may never get old, but Belleview sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Belleview to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aaliyah Armbrister, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds. Armbrister is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 13 or more in the last three games she's played. Briyanna Miles was another key contributor, scoring 25 points along with two steals.

Belleview is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Citrus, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.

Belleview will take on Lecanto at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lecanto is coming into the game with three straight losses on the road, so Belleview is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum. Citrus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
