Volleyball Recap: Bayonne Comes Up Short

Bayonne lost against Kearny back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bees fell just short of the Kardinals by a score of 2-1.

Bayonne has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Kearny, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Bayonne wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against St. Peter's Prep on the 16th. As for Kearny, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Dickinson on the 16th.
