Football Recap: Russell Red Devils vs. Carroll County Panthers

It's playoff time, and Russell had no trouble coming through when it counted. They really took it to the Carroll County Panthers for the full four quarters, racking up a 48-0 victory. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 29 points or more this season.

Russell found their leader in sophomore Kaiden Benge, who rushed for 140 yards and two TDs while picking up 8.8 yards per carry. Those 140 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Benge. Grayson Kiser got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Russell was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 205 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
