Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Russell walked away with it. They took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging a 48-0 win over the Carroll County Panthers. The Red Devils might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by 29 points or more this season.

Russell has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.3 points over those games. As for Carroll County, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

As of now, neither Russell nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
