Football Recap: Madison Marlins vs. Sterling Raiders
If Madison was riding high fresh off their 48-0 takedown of Austin two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Madison Marlins took a 35-21 bruising from the Sterling Raiders on Saturday. The Marlins were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2023.
Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Sterling, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.
Coincidentally, both will both be playing Milby the next time they take the field. Madison will head out to face Milby at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Sterling will host them at 7:00 p.m. on October 25th.
