Basketball Recap: Manchester Takes a Loss

Manchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 54-19 loss at the hands of the Canton South Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 733rd, while the Wildcats are ranked 239th).

Manchester's loss dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Canton South, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.

Manchester has already played their next matchup (against Canton Central Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Canton South will take on Tuslaw at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
