Baseball Recap: North East Takes a Loss

North East lost against Rising Sun last Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. North East took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rising Sun.

North East saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Knaub, who went 1-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

North East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. Rising Sun has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

North East has already played their next contest (against Aberdeen), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Rising Sun, they will welcome North Caroline at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
