Volleyball Recap: Hilton Head Island Comes Up Short

Hilton Head Island was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greenville Red Raiders.

Hilton Head Island's loss dropped their record down to 7-22. As for Greenville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

Hilton Head Island will take on Beaufort at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenville, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Bishop England on the 11th.
