Arab and Russellville squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Arab had to settle for second. They came up short against the Golden Tigers, falling 8-1. Surprisingly, this marked the Knights' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Arab's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-12. As for Russellville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-10 record this season.

While Arab had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
