Volleyball Recap: Edna Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Edna had taken Hallettsville down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Cowboys fell just short of the Brahmas by a score of 3-2. The Cowboys were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Brahmas apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Edna has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season. As for Hallettsville, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-14.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Edna will square off against rival Yoakum at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hallettsville is set to take on their familiar foe Rice Consolidated at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
