Volleyball Recap: Roswell Comes Up Short

Roswell lost against Pope back in August of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets fell 2-0 to the Greyhounds.

Roswell was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23.

Roswell's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Pope, the win (which was their 18th in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 2-0.

Coming up, Roswell will square off against Woodstock at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pope, they will welcome Walton at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
