While Minster's win against Mohawk wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats skirted past the Warriors 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since April 11th.

Brooklyn Osterloh spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Minster's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Addi Inskeep, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Minster's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Mohawk, their loss dropped their record down to 15-5.

Minster will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Warriors: the pair will be back at it again later today.
