Baseball Recap: Weston-McEwen/Griswold Comes Up Short

Weston-McEwen/Griswold fell victim to Sherman and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskies. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tiger Scots of the 6-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Weston-McEwen/Griswold's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Sherman, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-6.

While Weston-McEwen/Griswold had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
