Softball Recap: Beaverton Comes Up Short

Beaverton blew Montabella out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Montabella got their revenge. The Beavers fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 6-4. The Beavers just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Beaverton's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Montabella, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coincidentally, Beaverton and Montabella will both be playing Hazel Park the next time they take the field. The Beavers will host the Vikings at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
