Volleyball Preview: Portland Raiders vs. Sexton Big Reds        
        
		
             Portland has gone 9-0-1 against Sexton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Tuesday. After both having extra time off,  the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and  face off against  one another  at 6:00  p.m. Portland will be strutting in after a  win while Sexton will be coming in after a  loss.
 Last Tuesday, Portland beat Charlotte 3-1. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Raiders.
 Portland was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18, 21-25,  25-22.
  Anastasia Seidelman had an outrageously good game as she  had 30  digs. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had ten or more in the last three games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile, Sexton was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They came up short against  Eaton Rapids, falling  3-0.
 The final score came out to 25-7, 25-8,  25-8.
 The  victory  got Portland back to even at 11-11-2. As for Sexton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
 Portland took their  win against Sexton  when the teams last played  back in October of 2023 by a conclusive  3-0. Does  Portland have another victory up their sleeve, or will Sexton turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
