It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Louisburg Warriors can now relate to. They fell just short of Princeton by a score of 35-33. Louisburg's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Despite the loss, Louisburg still got an impressive performance from Donte' Strickland jr, who rushed for 137 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries, and also threw for 265 yards and a touchdown while picking up 11.5 yards per attempt. Louisburg's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Princeton, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

Louisburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Princeton will head out on the road to face off against Northeastern at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Northeastern's favor is that they have now posted big point totals every time they've taken the field this season.
