Recap: Roosevelt Sharks vs. Yonkers Bulldogs
The Roosevelt Sharks were the 63-39 winner over the Yonkers Bulldogs when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. Roosevelt fell just short of Yonkers by a score of 44-41.
Several Sharks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Christina Kibassa-Maliba, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 25 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jael Collazo-Cousins, who scored 12 points along with seven steals.
Roosevelt now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Yonkers, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-12.
Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Yonkers also has no future games currently scheduled.
