Volleyball Recap: Douglas Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Douglas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the Kate Duncan Smith DAR Patriots, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Eagles have suffered against the Patriots since October 5, 2023.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-19, 25-12.

Douglas' defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Kate Duncan Smith DAR, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-20 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Douglas and Sardis will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on the 16th. As for Kate Duncan Smith DAR, they will challenge Fyffe at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
