Softball Recap: New Diana Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact New Diana can now relate to. They came up short against the Hooks Hornets on Thursday, falling 12-2. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly ten runs.

This is the second loss in a row for New Diana and nudges their season record down to 17-9-1. As for Hooks, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season.
