Despite the loss, Jefferson saw an underclassman step up: Kemoria Davis scored 10 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 blocks. Davis scored a full 71.4% of Jefferson's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
The win got Kimball back to even at 1-1. As for Jefferson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
Kimball will be playing at home against South Oak Cliff at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. South Oak Cliff is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Jefferson, they will head out on the road to face off against White at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. White is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
