Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Horizon). They secured a 19-13 W over the Paradise Valley Trojans on Thursday.

The critical scores for Horizon came from Lilia Motolenichvarma,, Charley Zamorano, and Norah Curtiss.

Horizon's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 9.0 points on average over those games. As for Paradise Valley, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Coincidentally, Horizon and Paradise Valley will both be playing Ironwood the next time they take the field. The Huskies will head out to face the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Trojans will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
