Basketball Recap: Watertown Takes a Loss

Watertown was the 55-46 winner over Aberdeen Central when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Watertown Arrows received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 51-36 to the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles. The Arrows just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Watertown's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Aberdeen Central, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Watertown will square off against Yankton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Watertown is facing Yankton at the right time seeing as Yankton is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Aberdeen Central, they will take on Tea at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
