Riverside had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 67-63 W against the Scotts Hill Lions. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Lions back in January, they had to take a 53-40 defeat.

Riverside pushed their record up to 17-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points over those games. As for Scotts Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.

Coincidentally, Riverside and Scotts Hill will both be playing Liberty Tech Magnet the next time they take the court. Scotts Hill will host Liberty Tech Magnet at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Riverside will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on February 14th.
