Brewster Academy National had lost four straight at home dating back to last season, but on Saturday they dropped their record down to 1-8 to make it five. They lost 12-0 to the New Hampton School Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-6 back in April.

As for New Hampton School, their win bumped their record up to 4-7-1. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for their hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

For New Hampton School's part, Bodie Bartram was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched.
