Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Berkeley Springs). They blew past the Hancock Panthers 63-39 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Indians have posted since December 17, 2024.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ethan Hill, who posted nine points and eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Colton Welch, who earned seven points.

The victory got Berkeley Springs back to even at 10-10. As for Hancock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-10.

Looking ahead, Berkeley Springs is taking a road trip to face off against Keyser at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Hancock, they have already played their next contest, a 74-52 defeat against Paw Paw on the 22nd.
