Soccer Recap: York Suburban Takes a Loss

If York Suburban was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Eastern York on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans fell 3-1 to the Susquehannock Warriors on Thursday. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but York Suburban couldn't quite close it out.

York Suburban's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1-2 and their overall record down to 7-4-2. As for Susquehannock, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-0-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, York Suburban and Susquehannock will both be playing New Oxford the next time they take the pitch. The Trojans will head out to face the Colonials at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
