Softball Game Preview: Randleman Tigers vs. West Forsyth Titans

The Randleman Tigers will face off against the West Forsyth Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Randleman sitting on three straight victories and West Forsyth on 15.

Last Friday, Randleman was able to grind out a solid win over Providence Grove, taking the game 6-3.

Addyson Dees made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.

In other batting news, Kaylie St John was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, West Forsyth gave up the first runs on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over East Forsyth. Considering the Titans have won ten matches by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

West Forsyth pushed their record up to 15-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Randleman, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.
