Volleyball Game Preview: Monroe Dragons vs. Waldport Irish + How To Watch

Monroe has gone a perfect 5-0 against Waldport recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Dragons will head out on the road to challenge the Irish at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Monroe and 12 for Waldport.

On Thursday, Monroe didn't have quite enough to beat Central Linn and fell 3-2.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Waldport and Toledo had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Irish lost 3-0 to the Boomers on Thursday.

Waldport's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Monroe, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-17.

Monroe was able to grind out a solid victory over Waldport when the teams last played back in September, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
