Baseball Recap: Edon Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Edon can now relate to. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Montpelier Locomotives on Thursday. The Bombers have struggled against the Locomotives recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Max Radabaugh made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last seven times he's played.

Edon's loss dropped their record down to 12-9-1. As for Montpelier, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-5.

As of now, neither Edon nor the Locomotives have any future games scheduled.
