Volleyball Recap: West Carroll Comes Up Short

West Carroll lost against Scales Mound two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Thunder fell 2-0 to the Hornets.

West Carroll has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season. As for Scales Mound, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-10.

West Carroll didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Pecatonica on the 18th. As for Scales Mound, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against North Boone on the 18th.
