Football Recap: Amador Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Bear Creek two weeks ago, Amador came back down to earth. The Buffaloes were beaten by the Rosemont Wolverines 41-7 on Friday. The Buffaloes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolverines apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

John McPartland threw for 91 yards and one touchdown. Henry Boetzer was his top target, picking up 72 receiving yards and one score.

Amador dropped their record down to 2-2 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Rosemont, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Amador will take on rival Liberty Ranch at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Rosemont is set to square off against their familiar foe Galt at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
