Basketball Game Preview: Perry Commodores vs. Ridgedale Rockets

Perry is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Friday. They will head out on the road to face off against the Ridgedale Rockets at 7:30 p.m. Perry comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Perry is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took a hard 69-55 fall against Jefferson on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the third road game was the charm for Ridgedale, as they earned their first away win of the season. They secured a 54-50 W over East Knox on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Rockets in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won three in a row.

Ridgedale's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Perry, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Perry couldn't quite get it done against Ridgedale in their previous matchup back in January as they fell 67-58. Can the Commodores avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
