Miami Valley recap Oct. 9, 2012

Summit Country Day extended the longest winning streak in Miami Valley this week by beating Cincinnati Christian, 36-2. The victory was the seventh in a row for the team.

North College Hill moved up to 378 from 405 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Trojans were able to make the jump by beating Clark Montessori 20-3.

Lockland's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Se'von Jackson has thrown for 23 yards and one touchdown this season, while Chris Harris has two catches for 18 yards. Jackson also leads the league in rushing with 292 yards.

A big matchup in Miami Valley this week will be when Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy takes on the Cougars. The Eagles are currently in second, while Clark Montessori is in third.
