Basketball Recap: Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams Takes a Loss

Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams lost against Salt Lake Academy back in January of 2021 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams Marauders took a blow against the Salt Lake Academy Griffins, falling 62-22.

Salt Lake Academy was led to victory by Aisha Carreon and Addison Patrick. Carreon posted 26 points, while Patrick had 20 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Carreon has scored at least a third of Salt Lake Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Jenieser Gittins Andrade, who put up six points.

Utah Military Academy - Camp Williams' loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Salt Lake Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season.
