Farmington won the last time they faced Bloomfield and things went their way on Thursday too. The Scorpions blew past the Bobcats 3-0.

While Farmington won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-17, 25-20.

Leading Farmington to victory were Olivia Bermudez and Arianna Charley. Bermudez had 12 digs and three aces, while Charley had 11 digs and two aces.

They weren't the only good server: Farmington was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bloomfield only served seven aces.

Farmington's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Bloomfield, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Farmington will venture away from home to take on Monument Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bloomfield, they will head out to challenge Cuba at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
