Basketball Recap: Addison Sweet Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Pitt County P

Jacksonville Christian Academy won the last time they faced Pitt County P and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Conquerors strolled past the Pacers with points to spare, taking the game 39-21.

Jacksonville Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Addison Sweet led the charge by dropping a double-double with 11 points and 12 boards. Those 12 rebounds gave Sweet a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexis Paradysz, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and 12 boards.

Jacksonville Christian Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Pitt County P, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coming up, Jacksonville Christian Academy is taking a road trip to take on Pamlico Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on the 12th. As for Pitt County P, they will face off against Christ Covenant at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pacers are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
