Volleyball Recap: San Jose Comes Up Short

San Jose was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Gunderson Grizzlies, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grizzlies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-9, 25-17.

San Jose's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Gunderson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Jose will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on James Lick at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Gunderson, they will venture away from home to take on Gilroy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
