Football Recap: Grafton Comes Up Short

If Grafton was riding high fresh off their 44-8 takedown of Turtle Mountain last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Spoilers took a blow against the Park River Aggies on Friday, falling 39-8. The contest marked the Spoilers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Grafton fell to 4-1. As for Park River, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Coming up, Grafton will square off against Harvey/Fessenden-Bowdon on Friday. As for Park River, they will be playing at home against Turtle Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Aggies will be up against the Braves' rather soft defense (which has allowed 43.6 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
