Basketball Recap: Cheney Takes a Loss

Cheney was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 74-22 loss at the hands of the Mead Panthers. The matchup marked the Blackhawks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Cheney's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Mead, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Cheney has already played their next contest (against Lewis & Clark), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Mead will welcome University at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Mead's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games.
